About our Organization

Founded in March 2025, Valley of the Sun Baseball is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Arizona. Our mission has always been to make baseball more accessible, affordable, and player-focused — and we remain committed to that mission today, even as our role evolves.

After a meaningful season working directly with teams, we’ve shifted our focus from operating as a traditional baseball organization to serving as a support-based nonprofit. Rather than managing teams ourselves, we now provide resources and financial assistance to youth baseball teams that share our core values: inclusivity, development, teamwork, and fair playing time.

Through donations and sponsorships, we help offset the costs of tournament entry fees, uniforms, equipment, and hardship relief — making it possible for more families to participate without financial barriers.

We believe deeply in the power of baseball to teach life skills, build character, and bring communities together. Whether it’s a player’s first swing or hundredth game, our goal is to make sure every child has a chance to play, grow, and enjoy the game.
